3. Checkout information

When you place an order, your name, mobile number, address, delivery area, product IDs, and quantities are sent through the website to the existing DoorKart service. Payment is Cash on Delivery; this website does not collect bank or card details. The service also receives requests for catalogue and delivery-area information.

4. Pending orders and tracking

The exact order request, including contact and delivery information, is saved in this tab’s session storage before submission. This supports safe retries after interruptions. A successful receipt is stored for the tab, and the order reference and private tracking token are saved in local storage where available. The token is sent in request headers, not URLs. Protect your device and keep the token private.

5. Technical information

No advertising or analytics integrations have been added. Hosting providers may process technical request data, such as IP addresses and access times. Their identities and retention practices must be confirmed before launch. Local and session storage can be cleared through browser settings; this does not delete orders already received by the store.

The store uses order information to process and fulfil orders. Before accepting public orders, the operator must publish its actual service providers, retention schedule, applicable privacy rights, and process for privacy requests.
