DOORKART · LEGAL
Terms & Conditions
Draft — pending business review. Operator details, contact information, and final commerce policies must be completed before accepting public orders.
Draft updated: 16 October 2026.
1. Scope and launch status
These draft terms cover the DoorKart storefront. When no live catalogue is connected, products and prices are labelled as samples and checkout is disabled. Sample items are not an offer to sell.
2. Product information
Review live descriptions, specifications, prices, and availability before ordering. Preview photography is illustrative. Delivery coverage and timing must be confirmed by the store; decorative website content is not a delivery commitment.
3. Orders and payment
Checkout requires contact and delivery details and supports Cash on Delivery only. Displayed subtotals and checkout totals are estimates. The existing store service validates stock, prices, delivery eligibility, charges, and final totals. A confirmation is shown only after it accepts an order.
4. Interrupted submissions
Retry an unresolved order from the same tab. The website resends its original request identifier to prevent duplicates. Do not place another order for the same purchase until the earlier submission is resolved.
5. Delivery and shopping policies
Delivery is available only to configured areas, subject to store validation. The operator must complete its delivery, cancellation, return, refund, warranty, and support policies before public launch. This draft does not invent those rules.
6. Responsible use and order access
Keep order references and private tracking tokens secure. Do not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorised access, misuse customer information, or impersonate DoorKart.
7. Privacy
The Privacy Policy describes local storage, checkout submission, and tracking. Please review it before ordering.
8. Business details
The business’s legal identity, registered address, support contact, and applicable dispute-resolution terms are pending business review. Complete these details and approve the policies before accepting public orders.
